“I followed Holly’s Instagram and always enjoyed the content but didn’t think it was really necessary for me to ever have 1-on-1 consults with a dietitian. There was nothing really “wrong” with me, I wasn’t looking to lose/gain a drastic amount of weight but just wanted to support myself with healthier hormones, skin, better workouts, more energy, etc. I am SO glad I reached out to Holly.
