Chocolate Protein Energy Balls
Packed with fiber, minerals, Omega-3s, and protein, these are such a good afternoon snack! And, if youβre constipated and try these, you can thank me later π
Ingredients:
β 15 pitted medjool dates
β 1 cup of walnuts
β 1 scoop protein powder (I used unflavored Klean Athlete Whey Protein)
β 1 Tbsp Coconut oil, melted
β 2 Tbsp Raw Cacao
β 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
β 1 Tbsp Flaxseed meal
β 1/4 cup chocolate chips
β 1/4 cup coconut flakes
Method:
Blend everything on high in a food processor until a dough forms. Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes or until itβs firm. Roll into balls and chill for another 30 minutes! Enjoy!
