Chocolate Protein Energy Balls

Packed with fiber, minerals, Omega-3s, and protein, these are such a good afternoon snack! And, if you’re constipated and try these, you can thank me later πŸ˜‰


Ingredients:

⁃ 15 pitted medjool dates

⁃ 1 cup of walnuts

⁃ 1 scoop protein powder (I used unflavored Klean Athlete Whey Protein)

⁃ 1 Tbsp Coconut oil, melted

⁃ 2 Tbsp Raw Cacao

⁃ 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup

⁃ 1 Tbsp Flaxseed meal

⁃ 1/4 cup chocolate chips

⁃ 1/4 cup coconut flakes 

Method:

Blend everything on high in a food processor until a dough forms. Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes or until it’s firm. Roll into balls and chill for another 30 minutes! Enjoy!
