Protein-Packed Buffalo Chicken Dip
Ingredients:
⁃ 4-5 chicken breasts
⁃ Buffalo sauce
⁃ 1/2-1 cup plain, 0% fat greek yogurt (quantity varies depending how creamy you want it)
⁃ 1 tsp garlic powder & 1 tsp fresh cracked pepper
Method:
Toss chicken breasts in a crockpot and add in Buffalo sauce so the chicken is covered in it. Cook on high for 2.5 hours or until fully cooked. Once cooked, shred with 2 forks (hang in there, it’s a good workout). Once everything is shredded and mixed, turn crockpot to warm and add in Greek yogurt. Add pepper and garlic powder.
So easy and so much healthier than traditional Buffalo chicken dip. Best part is, the Greek yogurt keeps it creamy and adds in more protein! So good in salads, with chips or veggies, or as a main protein source in a meal.
